THE EXTERIORS :

Set in one of the most evocative views of the Amalfi Coast, in the shade of lush bougainville pergolas with bright colors, Villa Le Terrazze is an oasis of luxury and relaxation overlooking the sea, located a short distance from the historic center of Amalfi (only 3 Km) and immersed in the rich Mediterranean vegetation. Recently renovated, Villa Le Terrazze is a harmonious combination of elegance and typical elements of local craftsmanship, stylish furnishings and the most modern comforts, to ensure an unforgettable stay! All surrounded by a natural landscape of breathtaking beauty, unique and particular, which captivates the eye and seduces the soul, thus leaving it suspended between sky and sea.

The villa, large and bright, is on three levels, conveniently connected to each other, and equipped with panoramic terraces with outdoor furniture, benches,  rocking chairs, glazed Vietri ceramic tables with chairs, with garden furniture, dining table for 12 and outdoor lighting, surrounded by flower beds of fragrant geraniums, olive trees, palms and other tall trees, palms, olive groves, pines and beautiful sea views.

Downstairs 40 steps lead to the modern swimming pool (4 x 8 meters) overlooking the sea, with sun loungers, 2 showers and a covered dining area for outdoor dining with table and chairs for 12 people, with a splendid sea view.

A fully equipped fitness area is also available to guests on a covered terrace.

Finally, a large and convenient parking with space for 2/3 medium-sized cars accessible directly from the main road.

THE INTERIORS :

The Villa is on 3 levels and consists of a main building and an annexe, equipped with central heating, air conditioning and mosquito nets in the bedrooms, and wifi internet connection.

From the parking lot, the main entrance of the Villa leads to a small sitting area and to the master bedroom, furnished with a double bed and a sofa bed that converts into a single bed. It has a full bathroom with a whirlpool tub, TV, wooden wardrobe, old dresser and sliding iron shutters that open to the delightful blue printed tile balcony, daybeds and sea views.

From this floor, a stone staircase (20 steps) leads to the large living room furnished in an elegant coastal style with a beautiful and precious crystal table with a marble base, large and comfortable sofas and chairs, and French windows that access the terrace with brick seating, wicker chairs with table and sea views.

Adjacent to the living room  there is the dining area which, furnished with wicker table and chairs and with a fridge-cellar with a wide selection of the best local wines, has direct access to both the fully equipped professional kitchen (8 gas burners, American fridge with ice machine , dishwasher, etc) and the bright covered terrace, with terracotta and majolica flooring, equipped with barbecue and circular table in glazed Vietri ceramic and chairs for 14 people.

On the left of the living room a small corridor leads to 2 double bedrooms, each with a complete private bathroom with shower. The largest bedroom has windows overlooking the sea, the other has French doors opening onto a side terrace. To the right of the sitting room is a spacious fourth bedroom with a queen size bed, private bathroom with whirlpool tub and windows overlooking the sea.

The Dependance has 2 bedrooms with curved ceiling, one double with wrought iron headboard, the other with two single beds, both with TV, tiled floor with white and blue printed tiles, windows at the back of the house, blue French windows opening onto the terrace. Each room has a private bathroom with shower and access to the terrace.
