THE EXTERIORS :

The Villa is surrounded by a wonderful garden with secular pines and fruit trees. The entrance, with automatic gate, is a large square where the red vine triumphs and expresses itself in all its splendor; here you can comfortably park 2/3 cars. At the center of the garden lies the beautiful swimming pool (12x6 meters) surrounded by the solarium area equipped with sun beds and umbrellas. In front of the kitchen we have a wooden pergola, covered with a beautiful vine, under which you can enjoy summer lunches and dinners in company. In front of the living area we have a relaxation area equipped with elegant wicker sofas and a large umbrella, where you can relax and enjoy the peace of the place!

THE INTERIORS :

The Villa is spread over two floors. On the ground floor you enter a large atrium where the wooden staircase leading to the floor is the protagonist  superior. Adjacent is the living room with a huge fireplace that takes the whole scene, the environment is very bright thanks to the large windows which lead to the garden. Communicating both with the entrance and with the living room we have the dining area in the center of which there is a large and elegant solid wood table. Adjacent is the kitchen, very large, all white, very bright and fully equipped. Next to the kitchen there is a large pantry and a service area with a small bathroom. Overlooking the atrium we have two bedrooms, one of which is double and a study-library with double sofa bed in case of additional guests. On the opposite side a guest bathroom. The whole living area has the floor covered with a wonderful hand-made antique terracotta which makes it a unique and very seductive charm.

Upstairs we have three large double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a bedroom with a double bed with en-suite bathroom. The bathrooms are recently renovated and the rooms are furnished with taste and elegance. The whole sleeping area has a parquet-covered floor which makes it warm and welcoming.

The villa is ideal for 10 people, including 8 adults and 2 children, but can accommodate up to 12 Pax.
